吉紅糕（軟糕）Red Soft Cake Recipe

材料： 150克 糯米粉 120 克 細砂糖 210毫升 清水 1/4茶匙 玫瑰香精/其他口味香精

另： 1-2滴食用紅色素

50克 糯米粉+兩片香蘭葉（以小火大約炒7-8分鐘，防粘用途，）

做法： 1 ） 把糯米粉，細砂糖，清水和香蕉精混合均勻，過濾，分成兩份，一份加入一滴紅色素，拌均。 2）蒸盤塗上一層玉米油防粘，放入蒸鍋里預熱大約5分鐘。先倒入白色麵糊，以中火大約蒸五分鐘（用手指觸碰不粘手即可）再倒入紅色麵糊，繼續蒸15分鐘或至熟就可以了。 3）待涼卻，切小塊，滾上熟粉（炒熟的糯米粉）防粘，用篩子把多餘的熟粉篩出來，收入密封的盒子裡，可放入冰箱冷藏大約5天。

Ingredient: 150g glutinous rice flour 120 g caster sugar 210 ml water 1/4 teaspoon rose essence/other flavor essence

Other: 1-2 drops of edible red coloring 50g glutinous rice flour + two pandan leaves (fry over low heat for about 7-8 minutes, to prevent sticking)

practice: 1) Mix glutinous rice flour, fine sugar, water and banana extract evenly, filter, divide into two parts, add a drop of red coloring to one part, mix well. 2) Coat the steaming plate with a layer of corn oil to prevent it from sticking, and place it in the steamer to preheat for about 5 minutes. Pour in the white batter first, steam over medium heat for about five minutes (just touch it with your fingers and it won』t stick to your hands), then pour in the red batter, and continue steaming for 15 minutes or until cooked.

3) Let cool, cut into small pieces, roll in cooked flour (fried glutinous rice flour) to prevent sticking, use a sieve to sift out the excess cooked flour, put it in a sealed box, and store it in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
