【古早味的菜豆飯】 簡單版! 又香又好吃
食材:300克米,30克蝦米,1把菜豆、100毫升香菇水 ,1勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺鹽,清水
腌制雞肉:1勺生抽&1老抽、少許胡椒粉
1.鍋內放少許油,炸香紅蔥頭,炸至金黃色撈出備用 2.加入蝦米爆香,再加入香菇&肉翻炒至肉變色均勻 3.再加入菜豆繼續炒,最後把大米也加進來倒入100毫升香菇水,1 勺生抽,1勺老抽,1勺蚝油,半勺鹽,一半炸好的紅蔥頭,翻炒至均勻吸收水分 5.將炒好的米飯放在電飯鍋內,加入清水至末蓋大米1厘米 6.煮熟裝盤即可開吃啦
