📋 材料 (Ingredients) 1. 水磨粘米粉 - 150gm 2. 木薯澱粉 - 8gm 3. 菜糕粉 - 7gm 4. 清水 - 200ml 5. 燒水 - 400ml 6. 鹽 - 1/2茶匙 7. 油 - 1湯匙

配料: 1. 甜菜脯 - 150gm 2. 適量的素蚝油、黑醬油、糖、香菇精

汁:

適量的素鮑魚汁、素蚝油、玉米粉

  1. Wet-milled rice flour – 150gm
  2. Tapioca starch – 8gm
  3. Wheat starch – 7gm
  4. Water – 200ml
  5. Boiling water – 400ml
  6. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil – 1 tbsp

Topping ingredients: 1. Sweet preserved radish – 150gm 2. A suitable amount of vegetarian oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, mushroom seasoning
