▶️ Cake Ingredients 蛋糕材料: ♦️Egg yolk batter 蛋黃糊 - Egg yolks 蛋黃 4 pcs - Caster sugar 細砂糖 60g - Corn oil 玉米油 60g - Vanilla essence 香草精 (few drops 幾滴) - Milk 牛奶 40ml - Cake flour 蛋糕粉 90g
♦️Meringue 蛋白霜 - Egg whites 蛋白 4 pcs - Cream of tartar 塔塔粉 1/4 tsp - Caster sugar 細砂糖 50g (Divide into 3 times add in 分三次加入)
Remarks: Cream of tartar can be subsituted by a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar. 塔塔粉可用幾滴檸檬汁或白醋替代。
Beat until stiff peak. Combine Egg yolk batter & Meringue together.
打拌直硬峰狀。 將蛋黃糊和蛋白霜結合在一起。
Pour into 8 inches round baking cake pan with baking paper. 倒入8 英寸鋪上烘焙紙的圓烤蛋糕盤。
Water bath bake in preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. 在 160 攝氏度的預熱水浴法烤箱中烘烤25分鐘,之後再以180 攝氏度烘烤10分鐘。

▶️Taro Layer Ingredients 芋泥層材料: - Taro 芋頭 220g - Purple sweet potato紫薯 40g (Blend & Filter 打拌過濾) - Water 清水 400ml - Thick coconut milk 濃椰奶 400ml - Mung bean flour 綠豆粉 100g
Mix and stir all the ingredients above and cook with low fire until thick. 混合併攪拌上述所有材料,然後用小火煮至濃稠。
